- From the Encounter Details screen, look for a work RVU credit label at the top of the encounter or a Show More button in the Procedure Details section.
- If Show More appears, tap Show More.
- On the Procedure Details screen, review the explanation for why the work RVUs were adjusted.
Note: Work RVUs are adjusted only when the modifier is allowed with the selected code, the contract has a matching work RVU credit policy, and the contract rules apply to the location used for that encounter. If you expected adjusted work RVUs to appear, review Set up contracts.
