Frequently Asked Questions

RVU Wallet serves as a specialized application on iOS, tailored for healthcare providers. The app not only tracks but also graphically represents your accumulated Relative Value Units (RVUs). It conveniently displays the number of weighted RVUs (wRVUs) you’ve earned along with your logged work hours at a quick glance. Additionally, medical providers can document specifics of patient encounters, including reference IDs and CPT codes. To streamline the process, the application also comes with time-saving features such as barcode scanning.

To begin using RVU Wallet, start by downloading the application from the Apple App Store. After it’s successfully installed on your device, proceed to set up a new account. To activate your 30-day free trial, you’ll need to subscribe through your Apple ID.

The RVU Wallet iOS app currently supports CPT® 2023 codes. Support for HCPCS codes is coming Fall 2023.

To adapt to the evolving landscape of healthcare, we refresh our medical code sets annually. Our goal is to make these updated codes available several months prior to the onset of the new year. When the revised code set is ready, you’ll have the opportunity to download the most current version of the app to access these updates. Rest assured, upgrading to the latest app version won’t erase any of your existing data.

Currently, RVU Wallet is exclusively available on iOS platforms. However, plans are underway to launch an Android version of the app in the near future.

Subscriptions may be eligible for refund. Since we partner with Apple to manage subscriptions, any refund requests will need to be requested thorugh Apple. Request a refund through Apple.
